-He no longer sits on his Lightning Maqueen car. It has become a step stool for him to get into or on ANYTHING!!
-He likes to wear glasses. He looks like Ralphie from the Christmas Story.
-He sleeps in the most awkward positions. I try to flatten him out but he just goes back to the same crazy place.
-He can bust a move to any song, including Baby Bumblebee and the Tabernacle Choir.
-We have always had the same nightly routine with Warren since the day he was born. Tub tub, jammies, make a bottle, prayers on the rug in his room then he goes to sleep. He knows this routine so well. When he gets out of the tub, the second the towel is on him he starts to say ba ba until his jammies are on and we are standing at the microwave warming his "ba ba". As soon as the beep of the microwave sounds, he darts off to his room, sits on his rug and folds his little arms for prayers. After prayers he puckers up his lips for kisses then dives into bed. The bedtime routine has become one of my favorite times of the day.
-Warren is so much like me when it comes to cuddling with blankets. I can't sleep without my pink blanket smooshed up on my face. Warrens cuddle item of choice.... his burp cloths. He prefers two, one for each hand. When he finds one, he rubs it on his face and makes his little oooohhh noise. Now he pulls the towels off the towel rack, lays on the floor cuddling it while making his little noise.
-Warren has a small case of excima (no clue how to spell it). I try to put lotion on him at least once a day. I give him little foot rubs and back rubs. This is another time he makes his ooohhhh noise. Now he wants me to put lotion in his hand so he can put it on himself.
-A button obsession has overtaken our little bug. We can't open the garage ourselves, he has to push the button. Lights, I don't dare turn them on or off, Warren has to do it. He loves to turn our ihome on for us. The other day he got a hold of my phone. He got in my calendar and set an appointment for eegheffeg at 5:00pm today. He has also managed to call one of our golf pros whos number was programed in my phone... that one was embarrassing.
-When he is hungry, he runs to his high chair and lifts up his arms. When he is ready for a nap he goes to his crib and points.
-The little sound of peese and kank eewe are such a delight to my ears.
-At the park this weekend, I took him up the stair and showed him the baby slide. He thought that was cool and he climbed the stairs and went down a few times by himself. Then he saw the big kids go up the big stairs to the big slide. He started to follow them while I stood at the bottom a little nervous but at the same time wanting him to explore. Sure enough, he jumped on the big kid slide and went down all by himself. No fear in that boy. That could be a good and bad thing I guess.
-We are still working on his hitting and biting, hopefully by the time he makes it to nursery we will have conquered that so he doesn't get kicked out.
-My sister Courtney made a video with pictures from our last family trip to California. He knows there are pictures of Papa and Bubba so he when he hears the music at the beginning of the movie he starts clapping, dancing and saying bubba, papa, bubba, papa.
Although he makes us tired because he is non-stop, we are enjoying this funny stage so much.

Him is so cute. He looked so old today. Good thing you are writing these things down.
Loved the pictures! He is so cute you do have to enjoy every minute because he is growing up so fast!
he is a keeper!!! yesterday while i was in the bathroom (so about thirty seconds)he pushed a chair over to the counter top.....this was so he could reached the laptop....he had opened about six different screens & was quite pleased with himself!! (not so happy when i took him down)
he does always entertain us with his newest "trick"....new words, dance moves, & best of all lots of hugs & kisses!
I think my favorite thing is that he scheduled an appt on your phone at 5 pm. When the alert went off, did it take you a minute to figure out what had happened? So cute.
He is a cutie! we still haven't gotten him over to play. it's getting warm..bring him over. love, aunt polly
They grow so fast on us and amazing to me what can do at same time. But love them at same time.
